Overview:

We are seeking to hire energetic and customer-oriented Front Desk Guest Services Manager to join our team@ This position requires a timely, organized, respectful, and customer-oriented person who has energy, a passion for the beauty industry, and is able to look your best every day.

About Us: From the day we opened our doors in Tuscaloosa in 2000, we’ve earned our spot as a top Salon. We offer unparalleled beauty pampering, but also respect our clients’ busy schedules and will get you looking fabulous and on your way as soon as possible. Over the years, our expert team has had one mission—to make our devoted customers look stunning and feel their best.

Responsibilities:

· Greet clients and provide professional customer service

· Book and confirm appointments via phone and in-person

· Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability

· Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and balance cash register

· Promote, manage and cross-sell services and products

· Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered

· Maintain a reception area neatly

· Improve the guest experience

· Organize salon essential supplies and inventory

-manage all guests service employees

-scheduling guest service employees

· All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Experienced preferred but not required

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, stylists and management

· Candidate should be a timely, organized, respectful and efficient employee who has energy and a passion for beauty industry

· Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products
