Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision, provide outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in beverage preparation, mixology, and hospitality will be essential in delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Develop new beverage recipes and recommend drink options based on guest preferences
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing recommendations during service

Experience

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or hospitality industry background
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits
Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests effectively
Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards
