Full Job Description

Controller Opportunity

An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with leadership to support the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.

· Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

· Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

· Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

· Coordinate annual audits and support tax reporting.

· Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

· Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

· Support leadership with financial analysis and special projects.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· MBA and/or CPA desired.

· 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct leadership responsibilities.

· Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

· Experience with ERP/accounting software, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
