Spa Sales & Guest Experience Associate
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Brookfield is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Spa Sales & Guest Experience Associate to join our team.
Our front desk is at the center of the spa experience. You'll be the first person to welcome our guests, help them find the right services and membership options, and play an important role in keeping each day running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is comfortable with sales, and can bring positive energy to a busy environment. This is a great fit for someone who loves customer service but also enjoys having goals to work toward—and being rewarded for reaching them.
Your Role
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our guests while supporting the day-to-day flow of the spa. You'll balance customer service, sales, scheduling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, professional experience from arrival through checkout
- Build relationships with guests and members while providing attentive, personalized service
- Educate guests about our membership program and confidently recommend memberships based on their needs
- Work toward individual and team membership sales goals
- Recommend services, enhancements, promotions, and retail products that complement each guest's experience
- Schedule appointments and actively manage the daily schedule to maximize availability
- Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and assist with appointment and membership needs
- Communicate effectively with massage therapists, estheticians, and other team members to keep the day running smoothly
- Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and work toward positive solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and spa environment
- Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the spa
Who We're Looking For
You don't need spa experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, fitness, salons, spas, or other membership-based businesses is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Schedule & Availability
This position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Scheduling is based on the needs of the spa, and team members must be available to work a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
Consistent and dependable availability is important to this role. While schedules may vary, applicants should be comfortable with evening and weekend shifts being a regular part of their schedule.
