About Care Security Systems

Care Security Systems is a 40-year woman-owned commercial security integrator serving Fortune 500 enterprise clients across the United States. We provide fully integrated security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. We are stable, profitable, and growing- and we are expanding our New Jersey team.

The Opportunity

This is a business development role focused entirely on new account acquisition. You will own the New Jersey territory, targeting Fortune 500 enterprise accounts across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, financial services, and government sectors. You will build your pipeline from the ground up, supported by an experienced team of project managers, engineers, and installation professionals so you can stay focused on selling.

What You Will Do

Identify and develop new enterprise accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person client visits
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
Conduct needs assessments and security evaluations with prospective clients
Design and present customized integrated security solutions to key decision makers
Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, IT, legal, facilities, and C-suite executives
Negotiate and close contracts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+
Collaborate with internal project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

What We Are Looking For

3–15 years of B2B outside sales experience in commercial security integration, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, or adjacent industries such as low voltage, MEP, construction technology, or enterprise technology
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling to Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients with complex multi-stakeholder buying processes
Strong new business development focus — comfortable building pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting
Familiarity with security systems including access control, video surveillance, fire alarm, and intrusion detection preferred
Experience with enterprise sales cycles of 6–18 months
Strong CRM discipline
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives, security directors, and facilities managers
Based in or able to cover New Jersey daily

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

PSP — Physical Security Professional (ASIS International)
Low voltage license (NJ)
Manufacturer certifications (Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Honeywell, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 depending on experience
Commission: Uncapped
OTE Top Performers : $250,000 – $400,000+
