Join Our Growing Dental Team!

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Associate Dentist to join our expanding practice. We are looking for a doctor who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

This position offers the opportunity to work at one or more of our Michigan locations:

St. Clair Shores
Carleton
Dearborn
Royal Oak

Overview
Join our growing dental team as a Dentist, where your expertise will shine in providing exceptional patient care! You will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating dental issues while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients of all ages. Your skills will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive dental services, from routine check-ups to advanced procedures. If you are passionate about improving smiles and enhancing oral health, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Utilize advanced medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately.
Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy (including molars) with precision and care.
Maintain meticulous medical documentation and manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants using four-handed dentistry for efficient workflow.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.

Basic qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience with dental software such as Open Dental.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with diverse populations.
Leadership skills.
