Full Job Description

Full service NYC real estate firm is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in Manhattan. Potential candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing residential rental properties in New York City.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of building operations and tenant satisfaction

· Regular detailed inspections of assigned building

· Ensure building cleanliness and maintenance to Owner satisfaction

· Provide outstanding customer service to tenants

· Enforcement of building operating policies

· Ensure compliance with housing regulations and codes

· Handle rent collections and update tenant accounts

· Negotiation of vendor contracts

· Oversee any capital projects

· Must be willing to be on call in case of emergencies

Qualifications:

· 5+ year of NYC Property Management experience

· Spanish speaking is strongly preferred

· Must be able to work well under pressure

· Strong supervisory skills

· Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

· Well organized with excellent time management skills

· Proficient in Yardi, MS Office
