What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule service appointments.
Educate customers on routine maintenance, repairs, and dealership service offerings.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Work closely with the Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate scheduling and customer updates.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Assist in service promotions and marketing initiatives.
