The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Product Manager who will pave the way for project management at Zealthy. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead projects companywide, contributing to the successful delivery of our initiatives and setting the standard for project management excellence within the company.

Reminder: this is a full-time and in-person position located in New York, NY. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.

What you’ll do:

Hands on ticket writing, QA testing, and working directly with the CEO and Founder on product vision
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Define the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the company's vision and addresses customer needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process. Effectively communicate product requirements and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Drive the product development process from concept to launch. Ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Implement testing strategies to gather feedback and iterate on product features. Use data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and optimize the product.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective messaging and promotional materials.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

What you’ll bring:

Must have experience with SQL.
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, or at startups generally (ideally in a product management role)
Positive attitude and willingness to tackle a variety of different types of projects, some of which typically wouldn’t be within the scope of a traditional Product Manager
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with product management tools and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
