Recruiter – Knoxville, TN

We're looking for an ambitious, high-energy Recruiter who lives in Knoxville or the surrounding communities (Maryville, Oak Ridge, Alcoa, Sevierville, Clinton, Lenoir City, Farragut, and nearby areas) to join our growing team.

This isn't your typical recruiting position. We recruit skilled trades professionals for commercial construction projects across the United States, so you'll need to quickly learn different geographic regions, labor markets, and hiring trends. Every day is different, and no two recruiting challenges are the same.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoy solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who:

Learns quickly and adapts to new information
Isn't afraid to ask questions and continuously improve
Has excellent communication and organizational skills
Can manage a high-volume workload while staying organized
Works well independently but values being part of a collaborative team
Is eager to learn recruiting strategies across multiple states and markets

You'll spend your days connecting with candidates, filling critical positions, learning new markets, and helping keep projects moving across the country. If you're competitive, motivated, and love the satisfaction of matching great people with great opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Possess a positive attitude and display good judgment.
Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
