Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator for our 2nd shift from 2 PM till 10:30 PM to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to ensure efficient production processes. Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a constant basis. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products while maintaining safety standards and optimizing machine performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the success of our fabrication and assembly operations.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment with precision and safety awareness
Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines to meet production specifications
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards during production
Maintain detailed records of machine performance, and quality control checks

Experience

Proven factory experience working with CNC machinery in a manufacturing
Hands-on knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc preferred), and blueprint reading
Strong understanding of quality control processes utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting technical issues
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and procedures
