***THIS POSITION IS FOR A SENIOR ACCOUNTANT WITH AROUND 5-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND NOT 10+ YEARS***

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000-$95,000 salary
5-8% annual bonus
Excellent benefits package
Hybrid schedule (1 day per week remote ONLY AFTER SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING PERIOD)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
Experience with month-end close
Experience preparing journal entries
Experience performing account reconciliations
General Ledger accounting experience
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working within an ERP system
Ability to work onsite in Washington, PA four days per week

Financial statement preparation

DUITES:

***This is a traditional Senior Accountant position responsible for month-end close and financial reporting.***

Prepare journal entries
Perform monthly account reconciliations
Manage general ledger activities
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
Support internal and external audits
Perform variance analysis
Research accounting issues and technical guidance
Work closely with cross-functional business partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Assist with internal controls and compliance

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
