West County Net is looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing and development teams. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of helping our clients improve their organic search rankings, increase visibility, and generate more leads online. We take a long-term, strategic approach to SEO, partnering closely with our clients to deliver sustainable growth and measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of seasoned digital marketing professionals, developers, and business strategists, who are focused on driving client success. What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor & Analyze Website Performance: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, and other platforms to track traffic, user behavior, and keyword rankings.
Conduct Technical SEO Audits & Implement Fixes: Identify on-page and technical issues, working closely with our development team to improve site performance and rankings.
Optimize Website Content for Search & Conversions: Develop and refine keyword-rich content strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
Develop & Execute SEO Strategies: Create tailored SEO plans that align with client objectives, incorporating keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical enhancements.
Report & Communicate SEO Performance: Generate detailed reports with qualitative and quantitative insights, providing clear action plans for continuous improvement.
Stay Ahead of SEO Trends: Keep up with Google’s algorithm updates, industry best practices, and new digital tools to ensure our strategies are always one step ahead.
Enhance Tracking & Reporting Tools: Continuously improve data tracking and reporting to provide better insights and results for both clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with Developers & Marketing Teams: Work directly with internal teams to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with SEO Content Curation: Work directly with the SEO Content Development team to produce content that meets LLM & Search requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies.
Fundamental understanding of SEO principles and why they matter in digital marketing.
Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track performance and make strategic recommendations.
Strong content optimization skills, with the ability to write or refine keyword-focused content that aligns with business objectives.
Experience in keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Technical SEO knowledge, including site audits, structured data, page speed optimizations, and indexing strategies.
The ability to create and implement SEO strategies that lead to measurable improvements in rankings and lead generation.
Strong communication skills – you’ll be presenting insights and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and a passion for continuous learning in an ever-changing industry.
