Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Inside Sales professional to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our company in the field, actively engaging with prospective clients and building lasting relationships. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base through strategic business development, effective marketing, and expert technical sales. You will leverage your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, corporate sales environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive revenue by delivering tailored HVAC solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm and cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by managing customer accounts and providing exceptional client communication
Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions aligned with client requirements
Lead negotiations to close sales deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Utilize CRM systems such as House Call Pro to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze account data for strategic planning
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet client specifications
Stay informed about industry trends, new technology sales opportunities, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies

Experience

Proven success in Residential sales within the HVAC, technology sales, or software sales sectors with a focus on enterprise selling
Demonstrated proficiency in sales management systems such as House Call Pro or similar CRM platforms
Strong background in technical sales experience combined with excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
Experience managing large accounts and closing high-value deals in a corporate environment
Ability to analyze market data and client needs to develop effective sales strategies
Leadership qualities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive setting
Familiarity with CRM system proficiency, deal closing processes, and client relationship management techniques
