POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Operations leads and manages all operational functions across PEVS and its sister rehabilitation facility, EPIC, serving as the primary operational authority and the founder's strategic right hand in running a high-performing, multi-location equine veterinary and rehabilitation practice. OBJECTIVES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations across PEVS and EPIC locations, ensuring each site runs efficiently, upholds quality standards, and delivers a consistent, exceptional experience for clients and patients.

● Develop, document, and enforce standardized operating procedures and quality controls that scale consistently across all current and future locations.
● Build and lead a high-performing team across all sites — recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining staff who reflect PEVS's culture and commitment to excellence. ● Serve as a close strategic partner to the founder, translating vision and growth objectives into executable operational plans with clear timelines and measurable outcomes. ● Drive revenue growth across all service lines by optimizing capacity, scheduling, and workflow, and ensuring every location performs at or above financial targets. ● Establish and manage vendor, supplier, and facility relationships — negotiating contracts and controlling costs across equipment, medical supplies, and third-party providers. ● Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of practice management systems, reporting platforms, and technology that improve operational visibility.
● Ensure full regulatory, licensing, and safety compliance across all facilities, proactively managing audits, certifications, and documentation.
