Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic dining team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire staff, enhance guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the culinary environment and drive success in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar operations, and quick-service outlets
Supervise staff training, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance and high-quality customer service
Oversee inventory control, food production, and food handling procedures to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency
Utilize POS systems such as Club Essentials POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards across all outlets
Coordinate shift management, including opening, closing, and staffing assignments to meet operational needs
Lead management initiatives such as budgeting, staff interviewing, performance reviews, and training & development programs

Requirements

Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in restaurant management or hospitality management roles
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
Hands-on experience with POS systems like Club Essentials POS for efficient transaction processing
Strong background in supervising teams within quick service & fast-food restaurants or casual dining environments
Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including shift management, budgeting, staff training & development, and supervising food production processes
Previous experience with catering or banquet operations is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is highly valued
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation
Strong communication skills suitable for interviewing candidates and conducting staff training sessions
