Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or catering environments, and will be committed to delivering high-quality food preparation.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Ensure all food is stored properly to maintain freshness and safety.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Contribute creative ideas for menu items or specials based on seasonal ingredients.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or dining environment is preferred.
