Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Management Company

A growing skilled nursing management company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Regional Employment Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding process for multiple healthcare facilities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates from application through onboarding while partnering with facility leadership to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Regional Employment Coordinator Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Review incoming applications and communicate promptly with qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
Partner with facility leadership to ensure timely hiring decisions and candidate follow-up.
Prepare and facilitate new hire onboarding, including employment documentation and pre-employment requirements.
Monitor background checks, employment verifications, licensure, and other onboarding requirements to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other company systems.
Coordinate new hire start dates and communicate onboarding details to candidates and facility leaders.
Process employee separations and complete offboarding documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates on candidate progress and onboarding status.
Support multiple locations while ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through orientation.

Regional Employment Coordinator Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, employment administration, healthcare staffing, or a related administrative role.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare, or a multi-site environment is strongly preferred.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or onboarding software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with managers and leaders across multiple facilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
