Job Title: Client Experience Associate
Location: Carlsbad, CA (Onsite)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Client Experience Associate to join a growing Client Experience Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in customer service, administration, and property management. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

*
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

*
Perform general administrative and clerical duties in support of Community Association team members.

*
Process and enter customer service requests into internal systems.

*
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure timely resolution.

*
Assist with preparing and distributing annual association mailings.

*
Draft, transcribe, and type correspondence and other documents.

*
Generate and update reports within management systems.

*
Maintain office inventory including keys, gate openers, parking permits, rental applications, and related materials.

*
Prepare compliance letters as requested by management.

*
Support daily office operations and complete additional projects as assigned.

Required

*
High School Diploma or GED.

*
1–2 years of customer service experience.

*
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

*
Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude.

*
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

*
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

*
Reliable transportation.

Preferred

*
Bachelor's Degree.

*
Administrative office experience.

*
Experience working with customer service or CRM software.

Work Environment

Fully onsite in Carlsbad, CA.
