Full Job Description

Craft Guard Insurance Services (www.CraftGuardInsurance.com) is looking for an energetic, motivated individual with excellent selling skills to fill a Full-time position responsible for developing new and existing client relations, following up with prospective clients, and processing general customer needs. Compensation range reflects salary base and ability to earn residual commission bonuses once assimilated into position. **

We will entertain applications from candidates whom are interested in a long-term, career-oriented full-time position. We seek an energetic professional interested and able in helping to promote our established reputation as a high-quality service provider. We are seeking an individual who wants to learn new things and advance in a company that is rapidly expanding. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of customer service procedures, a keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and be internet and computer savvy. Individual must be presentable, professional, punctual and dependable. Experience and a P&C license is preferred, but we will train the right person to become licensed. We enjoy our work, appreciate our clients, and like to have fun. Your main mission will be to work the front lines of customer service to generate the very first positive impression clients get about our company. Your courteous and professional demeanor, both on the phone and in person, will ensure that clients and staff alike will know that their issues are being handled by a competent and concerned business professional. We will not breathe down your neck as long as our clients are happy.

Some job details include:

This position is responsible for taking inbound calls and leads, developing new client relationships, processing customer needs, building good rapport with our existing customers, and helping resolve service related issues.
Work from our comfortable and convenient South Oceanside location
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
Lead generation is encouraged; lead development, including great follow up, is mandatory.
Answer customer calls and emails and once again, KEEP A SATISFIED AND HAPPY CLIENT BASE.

Job Requirements include:

Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills are required. Communication is a Key Component to the Efficiency of our Business.

Great attitude in general, especially about learning.
Ability to analyze technical information.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media (i.e.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
Superior organizational skills and good business judgment.
A professional and friendly telephone presence and demeanor.
Must have a high work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, have an outgoing personality, and enjoy working with the public.
A team-player is a MUST!
Must be a self-starter.
Get a punctual start every day, dressed appropriately, and ready to become part of a great company.
Ability to assimilate technical information and knowledge.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Medical perks available after proving period for Full-Time staff.
Bilingual a plus
