The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of our office and warehouse locations. This role serves as a central point of contact for office-related needs, helping coordinate facilities, vendors, supplies, workspace setup, and employee support.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating an organized and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors alike.

What You'll Do

Coordinate office and facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and general upkeep
Manage office supply inventory, equipment orders, and vendor relationships
Support office technology coordination, including phones, internet, security systems, and IT-related requests
Assist with employee workstation setup and onboarding preparation
Coordinate conference room scheduling, office calendars, and administrative support activities
Manage mail, shipping, receiving, and office deliveries
Welcome visitors and help create a professional and positive office experience
Partner with leadership, warehouse teams, and field operations to support office and workspace needs
Track requests, follow up with vendors, and help ensure projects are completed on time
Provide general administrative and operational support across departments

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office systems
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Education & Requirements

High School Diploma required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while working at a computer
