Full Job Description

Meal Prep Sunday is seeking a multi-talented Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role where the combination of design and photography experience will have the greatest impact, helping us elevate our brand across social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns.

Our mission is to become the #1 nationwide fitness meal prep service, expanding into supplements, wellness, and influencer-driven content. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our visual identity, contribute to high-performing campaigns, and develop creative workflows that support fast-paced marketing initiatives.

While we welcome applicants with a range of experience levels, we are particularly interested in candidates who can take our designs to the next level, combining advanced graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or similar software.) with photography expertise to capture product, influencer, and lifestyle imagery for ads, brochures, graphics, and campaigns.

This is a dynamic, results-driven role where creativity meets execution. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale campaigns, engage thousands of customers, and grow our digital presence.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift, Monday to Friday
Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Location: In-person (Vista, CA)

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design for Marketing Campaigns: Produce high-quality graphics for paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Photography & On-Location Shoots: Capture product, influencer, and lifestyle content in studio or on-location, delivering polished imagery for campaigns and social media.
Brand Cohesion: Ensure all graphics and photography align with our brand identity, campaign goals, and marketing messaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing coordinators, media buyers, and content creators to deliver creative assets on time.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital assets for efficiency and easy access.
Creative Problem-Solving: Brainstorm and execute visual concepts for campaigns, social content, and marketing initiatives.
Workflow Adherence: Follow established creative processes while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skillset

3+ years experience in graphic design, photography, or both for marketing campaigns.
Portfolio showcasing high-quality digital assets and photography (submission required).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or equivalent creative tools.
Ability to produce graphics efficiently while supporting high-volume marketing campaigns.
Photography experience with products, lifestyle content, and influencers, including lighting, composition, and styling.
Understanding of performance-driven marketing campaigns, social media content, and ad KPIs.
Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proactive self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
