Work Schedule: Monday- Friday- 100% on-site
Hours: 7:00am- 4:00pm
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 DOE
Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401K match

Sanford Rose - JFSPartners is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a confidential client in the Orlando, FL area. Our client is a respected, high-end landscape services organization and are seeking a strategic procurement professional to oversee purchasing, vendor management, and material planning to support multiple landscape construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing organization where your expertise will directly impact project success, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, nurseries, and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing agreements.
Coordinate material planning with estimating and operations teams.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory while maintaining accurate records.
Resolve supply chain issues and identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or estimating experience in landscaping
Knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation products, and vendor management.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and procurement software.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Experience working with Florida suppliers and nurseries is highly preferred.
