Hey there! Lednor Home Solutions, a major home improvement company in the US, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep. You get to work for a well-known brand with awesome benefits. You will join a fast evolving team dedicated to expanding Lednor Home Solutions core business by working directly with customers to ensure top notch customer satisfaction, while managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You'll be talking to people on the phone, texting, and emailing, describing our products and services. You'll also qualify leads and set up in-home sales consultations.

Now, let's talk about what's in it for you!

You'll get paid between $17 and $22 an hour, based on base + a performance based bonus program. There's also extra $$$ for success rate on converting leads into appointments/conversions etc. Top performers make well over $20 an hour. We have regular contests and extra incentives to keep things exciting.

Curious about the operating hours?

The job is in our Millersville, MD office. You'll work up to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime. The shifts are Monday to Friday, either 11 AM to 7 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM (training hours are 8 AM to 4 PM). Some weekend shifts are required after training is complete, and we appreciate flexibility.

Here are the skills we are looking for:

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of call center, customer service, scheduling, dispatch or lead generation experience via phone. Home improvement or home services experience is a plus. You should have excellent communication skills, outgoing, self-motivated,and punctual. You should be good with computers and data entry, and you must pass a background screening.

Here are the necessary qualifications for the role:

Qualifications:

5+ years of call center/customer service, scheduling, dispatch or lead gen experience via phone.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, finance, or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
