It is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience to provide efficient administrative assistance to a department or individual. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, performing clerical tasks like mail sorting, data entry, and internet research, and providing professional customer service. Strong communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties include greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
May also assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
Takes messages for department personnel.
Provides callers with company information as needed.
May also assist with other clerical duties such as mail sorting and overnight packages.

Skills Required

5+ years of experience is required
Pleasant, professional customer-service approach is expected.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Education/Training/Certifications

High School Degree or GED
