Full Job Description

Ashton Medical Lodge is seeking a full-time Treatment Nurse to manage clinical wound care operations. This role requires coordination with floor nurses who handle routine medication passes, allowing this position to focus directly on skin integrity and specialized treatments.

The schedule is structured to maintain clinical consistency across the facility. The position works alongside the floor teams to manage daily treatment schedules and ensure necessary documentation aligns with facility protocols.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

Pay Rate: Starting at $34/hr (based on license and experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 + On-Call

Responsibilities

Complete weekly skin assessments across assigned facility units.
Perform wound measurements and administer ordered dressing changes.
Maintain and organize treatment carts with proper inventory levels daily.
Coordinate clinical wound data with physicians and nursing supervisors.
Document wound progression details within the electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

Valid Texas Nurse License (LVN or RN).
Wound care experience is preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.

Ashton Medical Lodge is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility located in Midland, Texas. The building layout is designed to support structured clinical workflows for medical staff. Internal teams utilize standardized shift handoffs to maintain predictable patient care and operational efficiency throughout the property.
