About us

Griffco LLC is a professional accounting service company for mid-size automotive companies.

Our work environment includes:

Job Summary:

Accounts Payable Clerk who can fulfill the routine functions associated with Accounts Payable and can meet deadlines for several in-house companies.

Duties/Responsibilities may include the following:

· Entering invoices & paying bills

· Reconciling vendor statements

· Reconciling and entering expense reports

· Reconciling and entering credit card charges

· Maintaining property tax for each of our locations

· Vendor relations

· Maintaining leases and landlord relations

· Working and coordinating responsibilities with the accounts payable clerk

· Other accounts payable duties that may be assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Moderate to Advanced Excel Knowledge

· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s accounting software

· Dependable, responsible, and takes accountability for actions.

Education and Experience:

· A minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.

**Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
