Join our team as an Entry-Level or Experienced CNC Machinist and start your journey in precision manufacturing with a company that invests in your success.

Whether you’re a recent trade school graduate or someone looking to transition into a skilled career, this is your opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and work on real parts used in aircraft for the commercial and defense industries.

What You’ll Do:

Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components
Load raw materials and monitor machine operations
Perform basic part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Read and follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
Learn how to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Work alongside experienced machinists and receive on-the-job training

What We’re Looking For:

0–2+ years of experience in manufacturing or machining (we’ll train you!)
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work in a team
Willingness to work with your hands and be on your feet for extended periods

Preferred (but not required):

Completion of a machining, manufacturing, or trade program
Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments
Understand G Code
Understand GD&T

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (includes night differential)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (includes night differential)

Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Prorated 40 hrs. - you work 36 hrs. & get paid for 40hrs.)
