Full Job Description

Currently seeking a Bilingual Skilled Trades Recruiter that will be responsible for full cycle recruiting. Positions that we staff include Electricians, HVAC Installers, Carpenters, Millwrights, along with other positions within commercial and industrial construction.

Major Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Build and sustain strong relationships with networks in the field
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
Prospect for leads to grow and develop new business
Perform administrative functions critical to recruiting functions such as interviewing, cold calling, reference checking, and drug screening.

Job Requirements:

Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction is required.
Bilingual (Spanish)
Recruiting or Sales experience a plus, although not necessary
Industry knowledge is a definite plus
Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Good Organizational Skills.
