We're one of the fastest growing auto groups in the Midwest, and we don't get there by hiring people who are comfortable. This seat is in one of our highest-volume stores, and it pays like it. Here, you can earn up to 25% of every product dollar you sell at the top tier. No cap. Your pen writes your paycheck.

How it works here

The best leaders we have didn't get hired into the chair. They earned it. They put up numbers in the box first, did it clean, and the bigger seats took care of themselves. We promote from within. Win where you stand, put your production on the board, and the path is real. We are not interested in selling you a title. We are interested in what you can produce.

The pay plan is the point

Read this part twice: you can earn up to 25% of your product sales at the top tier.

Every VSC, every GAP, every maintenance plan pays you — and the harder you produce, the bigger your cut, up to a quarter of every product dollar.
At the top tier, sell $100,000 in product in a month and you've written yourself a $25,000 check. In one of our highest-volume stores, that math is not a fantasy. It's the board.
The tiers reward production, and there is no ceiling. We will never rewrite the plan because you got too good at it. Top producers here out-earn general managers at quiet stores, and we're proud of that.
Strong product penetration doesn't just pay you today. It's what puts you in the top tier and keeps you there — and production is what moves you up.

If you've been grinding in a store where your comp plan changes every time you have a big month, this is the fix.

Who we want

You own the menu. You present every product to every customer the same way every time, and your penetration numbers prove it. You don't cherry-pick easy deals and you don't skip products because a customer looks like a "no." You know that consistent presentation is what earns the top tier — and turns 25% of product sales into real money.

You also run compliance like it is non-negotiable, because it is. Contracts in transit clear fast and clean. Lenders trust your packages. You can hold a margin while the customer still thanks you on the way out.

Come with documented, proven results. Real PVR and real product penetration from a real store. If your numbers hold up, your earning potential here is bigger than wherever you're sitting now.

And know this going in: there are no guarantees and no relocation packages here. Your talent and your production should pay for those. If you need a safety net to make the move, you're not the producer we wrote this for.

What we measure

We run on accountability. Your PVR, your product penetration, and your product sales dollars are on the board next to everyone else's — and with up to 25% on the table, that board is also your pay stub. You don't explain the misses, you fix them. You'd rather be the top producer in the group than coast in the middle.

We run on standards. You set the bar for how a desk gets worked and a menu gets presented, and you hold it on every deal, easy customer or hard one. Compliance, lender relationships, and CIT discipline are part of the standard, not an afterthought.

And we run on developing the people around you. You make the salespeople and the desk better, because a clean handoff and a strong turnover start before the customer ever sits down with you.
