Full Job Description

Job Title: Site Manager – Community

Position Summary: The Site Manager -Community is a leadership position responsible for the supervision and coordination of service delivery and related administration tasks for assigned sites.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for hiring, training, (including documentation) supervising, evaluating and ongoing administrative management of Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality services to individuals. Ensures overall staffing for assigned sites. May include covering shifts.
Responsible for the fiscal responsibility of assigned site(s) including, client funds, ratio billing units/mileage, tracking service delivery, billing and EVV.
Coordinates daily activities HPC, transportation, recreational and community integration of the individuals. Ensures completion of routine and daily administrative responsibilities.
Monitors the physical environment, drills and inspections of sites according to the regulatory and environmental compliance. Communicates needs to appropriate agency representative (MMHA, Society maintenance).
Performs routine and as needed administrative quality assessment, documentation and auditing.
Communicates with SSA’s and the team to ensure individual needs are met according to the OISP.
Works with the residential management team to ensure regulatory compliance.
Represents The Society with a professional attitude and positive intention while promoting effective internal and external relationships, communication and advocacy. Serves as a self-motivated, dependable, flexible and collaborative leader.
Adheres to The Society’s policies and acts as a role model in adherence to these policies.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Bona-fide occupationally Required Competencies and Credentials:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year experience working with people with developmental disabilities and minimum of one (1) year experience in supervision.
Displays clerical and computer skills and have strong writing, communication and language skills
Displays basic knowledge of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Electronic Verification Record, US Department Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Metro Housing Authority (MMHA). Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Department of Medicaid and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities regulations.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License, good driving record and carry the proper liability insurance amounts required by The Society.

Upon Hire Coursework offered in CPR, PMT, Med Certification as applicable to position.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
