The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have the ability to engage in meaningful conversations, whether about today's weather or tales from yesteryears.
Be a disciplined organizer who values the importance of details, from patient records to the small anecdotes shared during visits.

Possess basic medical training such as monitoring vital signs, providing basic first aid, observing and reporting health changes, assisting with medication management, and helping patients navigate medical appointments.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
Provide mobility assistance, ensuring safe movement and promoting safe ambulation.
Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and providing instructions for home care.
Perform basic health screenings such as blood sugar tests or monitoring oxygen levels.
Be prepared to respond quickly and effectively in case of a medical emergency.
Successfully pass a criminal and federal background check as well as a negative drug test.

The Practical Side:

Contractor Position: We provide the flexibility for you to set your hours, which should also align with our clients' requirements. This position is suitable for both full-time and part-time availability.
Compensation: Competitive compensation is provided to reflect the significance of your role. This job is well-suited for early-career nurses seeking experience, those wanting a lighter workload in later stages of their career, or individuals needing an additional role.

Home health care experience is a plus but not required.
