Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties

Greet customers warmly via multi-line phone systems and in person at the front desk, creating a welcoming environment.
Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
Manage data entry tasks efficiently using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks for record keeping and billing purposes.
Handle clerical responsibilities including filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized office records.
Assist with office management duties like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
Support client communication by documenting interactions clearly and professionally while ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and enhance customer support processes through effective organizational skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, data entry, and productivity software.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Demonstrated phone communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Previous clerical or administrative experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and personal assistant tasks is highly desirable.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain high levels of productivity while managing time effectively.
