Join Blue Sky Bank’s Team as a Commercial Loan Processor in Oklahoma City, OK!

Ensure accuracy. Support lending operations. Deliver compliant loan processing.

As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Bank’s lending operations by processing commercial loans. This position requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and organizational skills to ensure all loans are prepared accurately and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support efficient loan closings and funding.

What Will you Do?

Loan Processing & Documentation

Process and prepare loan documents for commercial.
Review attorney-prepared loan documents for accuracy prior to closing and funding.
Identify loan policy exceptions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Upload, scan, and maintain loan documentation within core systems.

Closing Coordination & Loan Support

Coordinate with title companies to facilitate real estate closings.
Order and manage required third-party services, including title work, flood certifications, credit reports, appraisals and appraisal reviews, and initiate funding entries and support loan disbursement processes.

Collateral & Filing Management

Perform UCC/EFS searches and complete required filings.
File mortgages and deeds of trust.
Ensure proper lien placement for titled collateral.
Maintain accurate records of filings and collateral documentation.

Compliance, Risk & Quality Assurance

Stay current on banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure all loan processing activities comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
Recognize and escalate red flags, including fraud, scams, and suspicious activity.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of all loan files.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of commercial loan processing experience.
Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and documentation.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
