Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team at Kusty!!

As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting customers with product selection, providing education on cannabis strains, and ensuring a positive and safe shopping experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Budtender to join our team at Kusty. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting customers with their cannabis product selections and providing valuable information to ensure a positive and safe experience.

Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs and preferences
Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods of marijuana products
Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Keep the dispensary clean and organized to create an inviting atmosphere store environment
Restock inventory and ensure shelves are properly displayed
Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
Detail-oriented and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
Experience in technical sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is a plus
Committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of marijuana strains, effects, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
