Nestea Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of Dermamode Spa for an Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant position at its Del City, Oklahoma location.

Dermamode Spa is the employer for this position. Nestea Recruiting is assisting with candidate communication, screening coordination, and hiring steps on behalf of Dermamode Spa.

About the Opportunity

Dermamode Spa is hiring an Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant to support in-person client consultations, patient communication, service education, package presentation, follow-up, and client experience at its Del City location.

This is a local, client-facing sales and consultation role in a wellness and aesthetic spa environment. The Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant will meet with scheduled clients, understand their goals, explain available service options, review package details, discuss pricing and payment options, and help clients understand the next steps in the consultation process.

This position may be a strong fit for someone with experience in consultative sales, patient coordination, client consultations, customer service, membership sales, beauty, wellness, fitness, luxury services, or another professional client-facing sales environment.

Prior aesthetics or medspa experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Compensation

This position includes:

$3,000 monthly compensation - Base Pay
Paid training
Performance-based growth opportunities
Additional commission, bonus, or incentive opportunities if included in Dermamode Spa’s compensation plan

Compensation details are reviewed during the hiring process so candidates understand the full pay structure before accepting the position. Any commission, bonus, or incentive eligibility is based on Dermamode Spa’s current compensation plan.

Schedule

This position is scheduled 4 days per week.

The schedule includes:

Sunday availability required
Three additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday
Monday through Friday hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Final schedule details are reviewed during the hiring process.

What This Role Supports

The Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant helps create a professional, organized, and supportive consultation experience for clients while also supporting the spa’s sales and client conversion process.

This role combines client communication, consultation support, service education, consultative sales, CRM tracking, and follow-up. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort discussing services, packages, pricing, and payment options in a clear and professional way.

The goal is to help each client feel informed and supported while helping the spa maintain an organized consultation process, consistent follow-up, and strong client enrollment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with scheduled clients in person at the Del City location
Learn about each client’s goals, concerns, and service interests
Explain wellness and aesthetic service options clearly and professionally
Present available packages, pricing, and payment options
Guide clients through next steps after their consultation
Support a positive and organized patient care experience
Follow up with prospective clients after consultations
Track leads, consultations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the company CRM
Maintain accurate notes and documentation for client interactions
Support client conversion goals and sales performance expectations
Communicate with clinic leadership, providers, and support staff
Follow company procedures for consultation flow and pricing communication
Maintain professional communication in person, by phone, text, and email
Participate in training, service education, coaching, and team communication
Assist with client engagement and promotional support when needed

Training and Support

Training is provided before regular assignment and may include:

Service education and consultation standards
Company systems and sales process training
CRM usage and lead tracking procedures
Pricing, package, and payment option procedures
Patient communication and follow-up expectations
Clinic workflow and client experience standards
Ongoing coaching based on performance and business needs

Required Qualifications

Experience in sales, consultations, patient coordination, client services, membership sales, or another client-facing role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfort discussing pricing, packages, and payment options
Ability to follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to use a CRM or similar tracking system
Comfortable working in a performance-focused sales environment
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn company services and procedures
Ability to work in person at the Del City, OK location
Ability to work the required schedule, including Sundays
Professional appearance and communication style

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aesthetics, wellness, medspa, beauty, fitness, membership sales, patient care, or luxury client services
Experience presenting service packages, memberships, or treatment plans
Experience with appointment-based consultations
Experience managing leads, follow-ups, and client conversion
Experience working with performance goals or incentive-based compensation
Experience in a patient-facing or healthcare-adjacent environment

Work Environment

This is an in-person position in a wellness and aesthetic spa setting. The Aesthetic Patient Sales Consultant will interact regularly with clients, clinic staff, leadership, and prospective clients.

The right candidate should be comfortable working in a structured setting, following company procedures, documenting client activity accurately, maintaining a professional patient care experience, and supporting consultation and sales goals.

Employment Classification

This is a W-2 employee position with Dermamode Spa. It is not an independent contractor role.
