Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, elevate our dining experience, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties

Lead the development and execution of creative, high-quality menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations across all kitchen operations
Manage inventory control and food cost management through effective purchasing, portioning, and waste reduction strategies
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism
Implement food handling protocols to ensure safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
Monitor kitchen operations during shifts to optimize workflow efficiency and service delivery
Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives
Lead efforts in training staff on culinary techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within the food industry
Extensive banquet experience with a focus on large-scale event coordination
Supervising experience managing diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
Strong background in dietary department operations and specialized dietary accommodations
Demonstrated expertise in food production, catering, restaurant management, and fine dining settings
Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and food service management practices
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitizing procedures
Hands-on experience with menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and serving techniques
Leadership qualities with excellent team management skills and the ability to motivate staff
Familiarity with hospitality standards and delivering exceptional customer service
