Full Job Description

SOKO Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our rapidly growing wellness and weight management service line. At SOKO, our purpose is to transform lives by blending cutting-edge clinical protocols with five-star hospitality.

This role is specifically designed for a practitioner who has previously worked in the functional medicine space. You will step into an established clinical ecosystem to independently manage patient care pathways for medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT including pellets, troches, creams, & injections), and personalized peptide/micronutrient therapies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Care & Functional Consultation

Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, reviewing extensive biomarkers, medical histories, and lifestyle patterns to design custom functional optimization plans.
Prescribe, titrate, and monitor medical weight management programs utilizing patient-specific medications.
Manage Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) pathways, including the precise dosing, insertion, and management of hormone therapies.
Order and meticulously interpret advanced laboratory panels (serum chemistries, full hormone profiles, metabolic markers) to address root-cause deficiencies.
Administer and manage personalized vitamin, peptide, and NAD+ injection protocols.
Plus Opportunity: Evaluate and perform advanced therapies for hair restoration (e.g., Ariessence PDGF+, PRF Liquid) and clinical sexual wellness treatments as protocols expand.

2. Documentation & Operations

Perform Good Faith Exams to clear patients for skin health services with other providers.
Maintain impeccable, objective, and timely charting within SOKO’s electronic health record (EHR) platform, completing entries the same business day.
Coordinate with the clinical support team for accurate tracking of patient labs, follow-up touchpoints, and medication orders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Must have verified prior experience working directly within a functional wellness, BHRT, and medical weight loss clinical setting.
Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Kansas. Active, unencumbered license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Kansas.
Credentials: Valid and active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
Skills: Strong background in advanced biomarker interpretation; superior interpersonal skills that mirror our core value of Exceptional Hospitality; a commitment to clinical safety and evidence-based functional practices.
