Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry preparation and a keen eye for detail, particularly in cake decorating. You will play a vital role in creating delicious desserts and pastries that delight our customers. Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision to enhance presentation.
Assist in the food preparation process for catering events and restaurant services.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Keep workstations organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary tools and ingredients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in the food industry.
Strong skills in cake decorating and food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
Familiarity with various culinary tools, including knives and baking equipment.
A passion for culinary arts, creativity, and innovation in dessert creation.
