Overview
As the Operations Manager you will lead the strategy and execution of a 5 star operations at Jeremy Electrical an Electrical Service Company . You will balance creative business opportunities with operational needs, drive scalable solutions that align with the owners strategic goals. Our work culture is results driven and not for everyone. We want someone who can thrive under pressure and actively seek feedback to keep leveling up and strive to the next level of General Manager and possible Ownership opportunities. We are seeking a very specific candidate that is passionate about our mission and believes in being a 5 star service company and to be number 1 in our market areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of process improvement, project management, and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to managing resources, optimizing processes, and driving profitability.

Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all service lines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Manage budgets, including profit and loss statements, to ensure financial health.
- Lead and supervise teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and make informed decisions.

Skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development strategies, prefer in service or electrical industries.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align operational activities with company objectives.
- Financial acumen related to profit loss management and budget oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
