Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Brokers to join our growing team. As a Broker, you will work directly with business owners to understand their financing needs, present funding solutions, and guide clients through the funding process from application to closing.

This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners nationwide.
Analyze clients' financing needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions.
Collect required documentation, including bank statements and business information.
Present funding offers clearly and professionally.
Negotiate terms and answer client questions throughout the funding process.
Coordinate with underwriting and funding partners to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
Follow up with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly funding and sales goals.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (financial services, merchant cash advance, insurance, mortgage, banking, or B2B sales is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
