With offices in South Tampa and Plant City, our firm is recognized for professionalism, client-focused solutions, and a supportive team environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Review federal, state, and local tax returns for accuracy and compliance (multi-state experience is a plus).
Review financial statements and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential tax savings.
Represent clients before the IRS and other tax authorities.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Stay current with tax law changes and assess their implications for clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients; address inquiries and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Active CPA or EA license required.
7+ years of recent experience in public accounting, including tax preparation and review.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and strong understanding of accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of debits/credits, account reconciliations, and tax planning strategies.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
