Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple construction projects from concept to completion to ensure successful delivery on schedule, budget, and scope in accordance with quality and safety standards.

This role serves as primary lead for the planning, execution, and completion of the company’s general construction projects, including office and retail tenant interior improvements, renovations, capital improvement initiatives, and other projects of varying size and complexity throughout Noddle Companies’ portfolio.

This manager provides direction to project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, efficient project execution, changes navigation, and proactive risk management.

This professional will consistently demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, quality, and diplomacy while fostering strong relationships and delivering expectational project outcomes while protecting and promoting the interest of Noddle Companies, its clients, and investment partners.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or related field.
Five+ years of construction project management experience.
Strong project management acumen and experience with budgeting and communication skills.
Knowledge of general contracting and subcontractor requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management, and scheduling software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of community engagement and commercial real estate.
Strong networking capabilities by attending approach business and social events.
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes.

Competencies:

Strong emotional intelligence for de-escalation, troubleshooting, and appropriate, diplomatic situation management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Client focused work mentality.
Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and resourceful leader to manage projects teams and manage risk.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
