The Job: Inside Sales Representative

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are competitive, motivated, and excited to build a career in recruiting and sales. If you enjoy connecting with people, working toward goals, and building relationships, you'll receive the training, mentorship, and support needed to develop into a successful sales professional.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying top talent, introducing candidates to new career opportunities, and partnering with our recruiting team to help clients build exceptional teams.

What You Will Be Doing as an Inside Sales Representative

Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales through hands-on training and mentorship
Connect with prospective candidates through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Build relationships with candidates and educate them about career opportunities
Source, engage, and qualify candidates for a variety of entry-level professional positions
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, interests, and career goals
Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system
Partner with recruiters to match qualified candidates with client opportunities
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining excellent organization and follow through
Contribute new ideas and continuously look for ways to improve the candidate experience
