Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Pain Management

Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM | $100,000-$120,000/Year | Full-Time

About Midwest Pain Clinics

Midwest Pain Clinics is a leading pain management practice serving Omaha and the surrounding communities. Our team specializes in identifying and treating the root cause of pain through advanced, evidence-based care in a collaborative outpatient setting. We are committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and improving our patients' quality of life.

What You'll Do

As the Registered Nurse Supervisor, you'll oversee daily clinical operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development, and exceptional patient care.

Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational resources
Lead employee orientation, training, competency validation, and performance development
Foster positive relationships among patients, physicians, and team members
Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, company policies, and regulatory standards
Oversee Life Safety, Radiation Safety, and Infection Control programs
Maintain required documentation, reports, inspections, and regulatory records
Investigate complaints and implement quality improvement initiatives
Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and staff education
Monitor required certifications, competencies, and continuing education
Perform additional leadership and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of clinical experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Senior-level experience may be considered in lieu of multiple years of experience
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Infection Preventionist certification preferred (must be maintained if obtained)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications
