Full Job Description

Title: Business Administration Assistant

Department: Front Office

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (Estimated 25 hours per week)

Reports To: Director of Finance & HR

Last Revision Date: August 12, 2026

Summary:

The Business Administration Assistant will assist with many assignments, including but not limited to: Accounting, Human Resources, and other administrative tasks.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 – 25.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide clerical and operational support to the Director of Finance & HR related to accounting, human resources, and general office projects. Including but not limited to –

o Entering expenses into QBO

o Invoicing sponsors

o Reconciling cash

Perform a wide range of duties related to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports
Interact with and supply information to job applicants, employees, and public and private agencies or organizations
Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all financial and personnel records and information
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

At least one year of prior office administrative experience preferred
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and database programs
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Ability and willingness to work varied hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays
QuickBooks Online experience is preferred

Working Conditions:

This job operates in an office environment. This individual routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers. There is no expectation of working game days.
