Full Job Description

Essential Functions:

We are growing and searching for a positive, high energy person to efficiently maintain the physical appearance of a beautiful West Omaha property!

Duties include:

Maintains a courteous and helpful demeanor with the residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
Effectively monitor trash containers and clear trash from the property throughout the day as well as any general maintenance of the grounds and common areas as needed
Monitor pets on property in accordance with Poo Prints and Co. policies
Snow removal of sidewalks – report to work at 6:00 AM – Supervisor will notify
Maintains pool, pool area, and pool furniture – POOL Certification a plus!
Plant and waters flowers/plants/grass as needed.
Mulch trees and treat weeds & tree suckers
Parking lot – stripe 1x year / make sure signage is acceptable
Distribute resident notices and/or packages as needed
Maintain the parking lots: Car monitoring / Striping / Sign management
Assists with resident functions as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager an/or Maintenance Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
