Job Summary

We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, correspondence, with precision and attention to detail
Handle legal information, court deadlines, and client records with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate appointments, court dates, meetings, and client communications
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to clients, cases, or internal operations
Support attorney with administrative duties
Assist attorney in preparing for meetings and court

Skills

Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all legal documents and correspondence
Real estate background helpful
Proficient computer skills
Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
