Full Job Description

The Riviera Country Club is currently seeking an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician for our Private Country Club in the heart of Coral Gables, FL.

The Pool Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for problem-solving pool maintenance technician to repair, maintain, clean, and treat pools for our members in our Club. The ideal candidate will have Pool Maintenance experience, while understanding and performing the daily maintenance needed around the Club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Test pH levels for water quality and add or maintain chemicals levels

· Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment

· Identify and fix cracks or leaks in the pool area structure, pipes, or plumbing

· Replace underwater light fixtures

· Clean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipment

· Advise customers on best preventative maintenance practices

· Complete paperwork and services performed

· Responsible for performing the maintenance or repairs in pro-active measures, rather than re-active

· Adhere to all work order policies and procedures, ensuring to not accumulate a back log of pending work orders

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Complete other duties assigned

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma/ GED required.

· Previous experience as a pool technician and understanding of common pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipment

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift heavy equipment’s and dexterity are required
