Full Job Description

This position is based in our Newport Beach office.

Position Summary:

Holland & Knight’s Newport Beach office seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a Partner in driving strategic marketing and business development initiatives. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that promote the Firm and its several (national and international) practice groups, with a focus on the needs of the local Southern California markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Partner and the Firm’s marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
Leverage the Partner’s extensive community and professional network to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
Help manage the Partner’s calendar and external communications, including social media postings.
Coordinate outreach efforts, events, community speaking, and client engagement initiatives across key Southern California markets.
Manage and maintain client and prospect data using CRM systems.
Track campaign performance and assist in refining marketing strategies.
Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Partner and the Firm’s overall marketing team.

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a strong sales orientation.
Advanced organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in IT systems (experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services setting is a plus but not required.

In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $107,000 - $160,000. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
